About the teacher, Kukuji

Shaliender Negi, Kukuji was born in Rishikesh, Uttaranchal, India, in foot hills of the Himalaya. He began his serious practice of yoga in an early age and learned at the Shivananda Ashram Rishikesh. He studied and was given courage from many yoga Gurus of Sukdevanand yoga naturopathy mahavidyalay Rishikesh and Gurukul in Haridwar. He founded the International Vedic yoga centre in Rishikesh and started to share his yoga experience with the entire world.

Kukuji is gifted with a wonderful present which lets people gravitate towards him helping them to look deeper inside themselves with his aid. Kukuji's Classical Yoga studies and teachings from his experience and practice, he has pure energy and confidence in himself.

He has observed that there is tightness and stiffness in the minds and bodies of the majority of people that he begins to work with. At the end of the time with Kukuji's students have dissolved their negativity and dynamic mind finding more sensitivity, flexibility and peace.
