For the yoga practice, please bring a Yoga mat, Yoga suits, notebooks for taking notes and a shawl for meditation. Most items are available in the local place

Vedic yoga life experience course

Learning Asanas, Pranayama, Relaxation, Concentration, and Lectures on the different types of yoga and practices. Learning to live and maintain a healthy mind and body. We offer daily classes, weekly courses and monthly courses.

The Certification of beginner Teacher Training Course

We go deeper in understanding the purpose of the Vedic System of yoga with Shatarma (purification of body and mind), Asanas, Pranayama, Mantras and meditation Mudra work. This is a step by step purification of the mind and body. Students realize that the attitude behind teaching is to help others but not before balancing themselves. Through lectures students go deeper and look at Asanas. Seeing how they affect the mind and body, they begin to study yoga therapy in controlling common diseases, as well as the yoga philosophy in determining temperaments of people. They begin to practice Yama and Niyama, working with meditation, and using diet to achieve balance. They are introduced to the many yogas, Hatha asanas, Raja the eight systems of attaining higher level of awareness, Batki the path of devotion, Dhana, Karma selfless actions, Jana intellect and internal knowledge, Kriya, and Kundalini chakras and nadis through internal awareness with purifications.
After completing the course and passing the examination, you will get the certification of the International Vedic Yoga centre. You will become the member of our school members and have the opportunity to teach with international yoga teachers from the entire world.

  • Shatkarma - six clean processes for balancing body, mind and emotion
  • Asanas - The classical postures are for the steadiness of body and mind
  • Pranayama - the basic preparation of pranayama and practices for purification the mind
  • Bandha - basic preparation of bandha (holding the breath for steadiness of mind)
  • Mudras - meditation mudras for deep concentration
  • Vedic mantra and pray - benefit for health, against stress and confusion, help attend the peace of mind
  • Karma yoga - selfless service for developing the purity of heart and mind
